"Wanted to leave a review for Integrity, because my wife and kids were on a road trip a bit ago when they hit some auto trouble. I called several other places in La Grande before calling Integrity (merely because the other places were closer in proximity to the highway)—but Integrity was the only one who said, "Well, yeah, we're swamped today too, but we'll fit you in." I was very relieved to find someone who was willing to help on a very short timeline. They replaced some parts, and the family was able to be on their way! Thanks, Integrity!"

"My family (wife and 3 young kids) and I were on a drive from Salt Lake City to Seattle when our alternator gave out right before we got to La Grande. When we got to Integrity Automotive, you could tell they were busy. We told them our situation and that we were just passing through. They got right to work and our alternator was replaced within a couple of hours. We are so grateful it only took 2 hours."
