"My alternator went out a third of the way through our 9 hour drive back home. I called Integrity Auto and was so happy to hear they had my part in stock and could squeeze me in same-day! Other shops in the area said they were booked out 2-3 weeks and couldn’t find the time. The staff was so kind. They even let us have our dog with us inside (thank goodness for A/C!) while we waited for repairs. About an hour later, we were back on the road! Also, the quote we received before the service was exactly what we paid. Very honest and all- around good business. It’s nice now having a trusted auto shop in a new region “just in case”!"

"During our road trip, the alternator went out in our van. We had it towed to Integrity Automotive on Sunday afternoon. By Monday at 9am, Integrity already has completed a diagnostic. And by the early afternoon, the alternator was replaced and we were back on the road. We appreciate that Integrity made us a priority so we could continue our long trip back home. Thank you!"

"Integrity Auto installed an after market remote start system and a tow package on my Highlander. They also fixed a drainage problem that was causing the moonroof overflow to drain inside on the floor mat. They responded to my initial request for service promptly, informed me of several cost options, kept me informed before making repairs, stuck to their pricing estimate and their timeframe, and then when I picked the car up Mike walked me through the work and made sure I didn’t have any questions left. This was my first visit to Integrity and I would definitely trust them again."

"Oh my goodness, Integrity Automotive!! I have so much (good!) to say about this godsend of a place! We had to have a transmission replaced 3 hours into our 2,000 mile drive home. Thankfully we broke down near La Grande and Integrity Automotive was recommended to us. I mean… for real, there absolutely couldn’t have been a more perfect place to have the necessary repairs done. When I say necessary repairs, I’m talking MAJOR mechanical work done…. an ENTIRE transmission had to be replaced. Everyone was amazing! Simply, perfectly amazing! I mostly talked to Tara (who was an AWESOME individual that had it all together!) The “behind the scenes” people that I (unfortunately) didn’t get the opportunity to meet, worked so incredibly hard to get my vehicle back to running perfection! They put in extra time and effort to get us back on our journey! I made it home and my truck ran like it was brand new…. actually BETTER than brand new. And let me just say, there were A LOT of hills that could put a real strain on a transmission in those 2,000 miles I had to drive. If I lived in the La Grande area, this would be where I would take every car I own!
The TL;DR version… AMAZING place with great, honest and hard working people! Look no further! GO HERE!!!"

"We called as soon as they opened and they were quick to help. Being from out of town and passing through, this was a huge plus. They gave us a bit of a priority so we could be on our way. Once we were towed there they got the part in less than an hour for our 1989 Chevy RV. They were honest, quick and very nice. If we breakdown again, we hope it is close to them."
