"Wanted to leave a review for Integrity, because my wife and kids were on a road trip a bit ago when they hit some auto trouble. I called several other places in La Grande before calling Integrity (merely because the other places were closer in proximity to the highway)âbut Integrity was the only one who said, "Well, yeah, we're swamped today too, but we'll fit you in." I was very relieved to find someone who was willing to help on a very short timeline. They replaced some parts, and the family was able to be on their way! Thanks, Integrity!"

"I was on the road for work when my Jeep Cherokee was invaded by wood rats. This triggered several malfunction lights, including the service 4WD one. In the interests of caution I had it towed, but I made the mistake of having it towed to the Jeep dealer in La Grande, who basically did nothing after having the vehicle there for 3 weeks. Integrity was recommended to me by a local shop, so with a short drive I took it to them. Mike looked at it first thing the next morning even though they were really busy. He had it diagnosed within an hour and found where the wires had been chewed, and got me back on the road with the assurance that the car was safe to drive. I canât say enough about their âGood Samaritanâ attitude and willingness to help me out."

"My family (wife and 3 young kids) and I were on a drive from Salt Lake City to Seattle when our alternator gave out right before we got to La Grande. When we got to Integrity Automotive, you could tell they were busy. We told them our situation and that we were just passing through. They got right to work and our alternator was replaced within a couple of hours. We are so grateful it only took 2 hours."
