"Near the beginning of my wife and my 29th Wedding Anniversary camping trip to the Wallowas, the 7.3L engine in my F250 began failing miserably shortly after leaving Pendleton, OR while towing our trailer. On the side of the freeway, only halfway up a respectable climb (Cabbage Hill) I was able get ahold of Mike at Integrity Auto in La Grande, OR. He was able to accurately diagnose the problem over the phone and give me assurance that the truck would be okay if I could make it on in to La Grande...also giving me travel tips how to (lightly) push the truck to limp over the grade. Making it to our location to drop off the trailer, I was able to get the truck to his (very busy) facility. The truck was diagnosed correctly, the parts were ordered and the truck was repaired within a few days of its dropoff. The repair was thorough, with the technician performing proper testing post repair. Even while I was there to pick up the truck, Mike (the owner) was thoughtful enough to call me and discuss the repair and expectations moving forward while he was out of the office. Tara, office manager, was very personable, caring and straightforward with me. Over all, this is an auto care shop that should be at the top of everyone's list in the La Grande and greater La Grande area. In a age of dishonesty, deception, and predatory car shops, this facility shines with true integrity worthy of it's title. Thank you Mike and everyone at Integrity Auto for rising above and helping out a couple of strangers during a time of panic. Bless you all!"
