From the repair to working with the warranty company. It was a big repair! Broken exhaust spring required head removal. So a lot going on and some time required. Had to be patient- hard when you are on a schedule as we were. This kind of stuff happens, not very often, and when it does, these are the people you want!
Small shop, jammed me in their schedule, knew I was traveling, but still got me in when everyone else said they could start it in 3-4 weeks. From start to finish I was done in record time, imho, no short cuts, considering the magnitude of the repair/ basically a new top end. Might have been shorter but I elected to replace some common failure parts while it was open and easily accessible- so that cost a little time but not really.
Always expect a glitch! And we did. Defect on a brand new part!
